Hey, loved the introductory video man, that was epic. Well done. I was wondering though, I am getting an except/logfile error about 10 secs after I start a skirmish or GC. Don't know why, this hasn't happened to me over the last 12 mods including scifiatwar .6. Oh well, I will keep trying, pm or reply if anyone has any opinions. Thnx!

strange, try deleting the graphics something or other.xml see if that helps
Crashed on my also. But the strangest thing was when I got a skirmish to start up, I bought the Midway Station (I was Stargate) I attempt to call it in, but it doesn't come! I keep hearing "Reinforcements on route", but nothing shows up! It's still in my bought unit stack!
wtf? I dont know whats going on, i did a direct dump of my SFAW folder... im all confused...
And I know I extracted the folder in the right place! The download screenshot here is what I get as the loading screen so I know that I did it right!
i'm getting the same thing it starts loading the screenshot then crashes
when i open the bat file a text window appears and SWEAWFOC dosnt start up at all.
did u instlal it in the right folder?

the game starts up FINE for me. its just that i have a 32x system, and not a 86x
Mine works but they just don't attack at all, in skirmish or galactic campain

same here, whenever I start a skirmish with any faction it will CTD 30 seconds in. GC crashes often, though I was expecting that.
Also the some models in the game dont seem to be carrying textures or something: they appear sheathed in green. Ive recently reinstalled FOC and installed the mod in the proper place so, Im baffled lol. Other than that its looking good

Its not crashing for me, its just that when you are done looking into this bug, is it possible for you to give a 32 bit system support?
it doesnt crash for me except when i try use farscape, i also have the texture issue for certain ships just to name 2 the Goa'uld Hatak and Bc-304 appear as sheathed green
Used to have v.45, and loved it. Just downloaded v .8, but it always crashes about 10-20 seconds into a skirmish. Any ideas on how to fix this? Spinobreaker, are you using any patches or updates for FOC, like the RAM fix, or just a fresh install?

Spinobreaker this game working perfectly on your pc? Maybe the mod you have is slightly different than this.
My copy works just fine. But Spino, the Borg Cube in skirmish doesn't work.
what patches do you have for FOC? or are you on a fresh install? and what windows do you use? lordJuisk might be on to something.
This game only works for me in multiplayer skirmish. Not singleplayer skirmish. Some classes has buggy supergate units which will cause the game to crash. Still cant choose borg, their icon just wont pop out after buying that unlock thing.

As for the 10second crash, i have no idea what causing it, but im looking into it to see if i can ID why its happening
i had the same problem in .6 borg cube wasnt in skirmish keep up the good work! fix these bugs as good as you can idk how hard modding is but take your time and get it right i can wait

i get the crash too about 10 seconds in. also the menu cinematic gives me lots of lag, more than it should, im using a pretty strong computer that runs other high poly mods without trouble. hope this can be fixed soon, one of my favs!

i didn't download it yet, and from what i'm reading, im not sure if i should. also, i was just wondering, does this mod come with it's own shortcut.exe? or do i have to use one of those crappy modloaders?
its come with a bat and instructions to create a shortcut
also the issues listed are fixed in the patch
