Sewer Mansion 1.3 file

This mod from kj101 adds a sewer mansion to the Imperial City Market District including:

-a master bedroom,
-a guard's room,
-a guard,
-a training room,
-a personal trainer,
-a garden, a dinning room,
-a mages room,
-a vampire room,
-a library,
-a fancy dinning room,
-a fancy master bedroom.
