Samphi Alpha 0.4 file

Here is the latest version of Samphi, 0.4. There has been many changes made in this update, including a redesign of much of the UI. These changes hopefully make the game easier to play and more self-intuitive. I have also realized that I overlooked adding 0.3 here so apologies for that! I will ensure that it does not happen again.
