Texture of levels by Venom3, Eugeny Panikarowsky and AidenDemon. Thanks to Shiba Inu for his work with ESRGAN HD texture pack. Further textures and models from Wolfenstein: ET. All shaders, reworked textures, HD crosshairs, fonts, sprites and edited AI by HellBaron.

NVIDIA ONLY -> why this "special" version fot NVidia GPUs?
As I said frequently before, this version fixes all reflections of Rtcw, vanilla and new ones, for Nvidia videocards that in last years has lost compatibility with some old GL functions, making those surfaces invisible.
HellBaron, as a user of a Nvidia GPU, I would like to thank you for creating this alternative version of your remarkable mod. Keep up the awesome work, my friend.

Yes, but you need to rename SP files (sp_vpak5 in sp_pak5 etc,) except z_pak1, RealRTCW must have priority to work properly.
OK, thanks for the help, but does it work with the "RtCW COOP" mod? , I tried, and for some reason my map Rocet base crashes, how to fix it?
It works with every mod.
Write in console:

/vid_restart
No more crashes.
