Its Not Working to me because i dont have steam but the other mods is working!!!! like garrys mod and Smod

Gee, what made you think that? the "I don't have steam" part? :p. Yes, he's playing illegally thus he won't get any support either.. That's rather obvious.. Go grab steam and a valid/original/legal copy of Half-Life 2.
