Return of Shadow Initiative Edition is an early release version of Return of Shadow's final build.
Still technically a beta it's like a special preview edition.

The Initiative
There are significant changes to this version although no new factions have been added.
The main focus of this version is the addition of the Initiative rebalancing.
These changes have been a work in progress and change a great deal of the game's balance and mechanics.

New Features
Brand new Leadership effects have been added, updated Citadel menus and features.
New Upgrades universal for each faction.

Installation
Before installing this version uninstalling other versions first.
To Install you'll need the game patched up to 1.03, Part 1 and Part 2 need to be installed.
You no longer need any permission settings or Java updates.

What BFME patch do i need? 1.03 or 1.06?
