make the GDI Advanced Guard Tower can be built at the beginning and cost only 1,power free

Installed:

Like all other mod, download and unzip the zip file, then put REPGDIMADTOWER folder into you game mod folder, some where like C:\Users\username\Documents\CnCRemastered\Mods\Tiberian_Dawn.

Note: only work in Tiberian Dawn, not work in RA95 cuz there's no GDI Advanced Guard Tower in it.
