This error is due to the version of Re-Mars-tered Edition
The file structure has been cleaned up, resulting in problems with Modloader created mods.
Previously, you'd get to your misc.vpp_pc by navigating to your install location, and going to:
build\pc\cache\
This has now been changed to (simply):
data\
On nexusmods there is a mod fixing this. ModFixer is called.
I heard about this mod, Shame to see it's not yet compatible with the Remarster, I would very much appriciate it if you could make that possible? Only if you have time for it tho!
It already feels like the Remarster is harder but this does sound very interesting.
In my opinion all that is left after this mod for Remarster is an option to rebuild all structures and reset props with one click of a button and then this game is complete to a point that ill probably never stop playing.
In fact I never really did stop playing but this would give me all the more reason to sink even more hours into the game.

I got an error when I activated the mod in the launcher. It said:
Error While activating mod "Protracted Rebelion": System.Exception:
Cannot Find folder 'build'!
at a0.b(String A_0,String A_1)
at a0.ac()
Are you sure, you have modlauncher.exe in root directory of the game and directory "mods" there also?

Hammer replacement does not work
I must sorry, but just try to this version from this site for fresh install of the game and both option works properly for me.
