Realistic Scout Biker file

Hey look at that, its my first mod.

About: I remember reading in the forums about someone who wanted a more useful and realistic biker scout, so i made one. Now instead of just sitting in front of the target, the scout now strafes the enemy. Its also not effected by terrain anymore, but that's not my fault, I'm a noob. I also tweaked the dismounted scout to have a repeater carbine. Enjoy!

Instructions for install
Place in your DataXML folder. If you don't have one, make one in the Data folder.
