More balance and gameplay fixes,fixes of teamcolor schemes and deepstrike sounds.

Changelog:
- The obliterator squad icon now appears AFTER the HQ addon is made, and at the same place with the Addon.
- The last Tier research (Blood Crusade) now requires the addon1 "locally", and thus it no longer appears displaced in other HQs.
- DS Transportable: The Bloodthirster is now also able to enter the Greater Gate for DSing, much like ALL daemons do (including the Daemon Prince). The same treatment followed with the Assault Chaos Lord. Also, Bloodthirster can now directly DS from the gate building.
- Transportation Slots modified. Now, only the Daemon Prince and the Bloodthirster occupy 2 slot (because of size). All other squads occupy 1.
- Requirements: Veterans of the blood cult Plasma, Sniper and Melta guns now also require Bloody Armoury. The same, for the Chosen Swords (now renamed axes) and Chainfists.
- Veterans of the blood cult now require the Massacre Chambers not the Daemon Gate.
- Chosen of Khorne no longer require the Daemon Gate as well.
- Once destroyed, the daemonhost now damages nearby infantry (only).
- Squad and building requirements order, "normalised".
- Added DS ground-icon + voices events to all buildings. 4 Different types.
- Added the missing texture: 'DATA:ART/FX/SKINNIE_TEXTURES/HOLOGRAM_GRAIN_HORIZONTAL'.
- Chosen Power Axes icon created.
- Updated the Chainfist/Autocannon/PlasmaPistol/DaemonPrincePossession icons with a better, updated versions.
- Chosen of Khorne Double Chain-Fist weapon, was wrongly named.
- Chosen of Khorne Power Swords are actually Power Axes. Renamed.
- Teeth of Khorne Power Swords are now named Power Weapons
- Greater Gate description updated - mentions that it can Summon-DS all Khorne troops (except grater vehicles) to the battlefield.
- Machine Pit now mentions that it can Dreadclaw Deep Strike Dreadnoughts on the BF.
- Dreadnoughts renamed (Khornate Dreadnoughts).
- Rage of Khorne ability got a bit more descriptive.
- TEAMCOLOURS Schemes: Added the updated versions sent by brother Roderick.
- AI: Added some more Gens to be built at Tier 4.
- ART: Fixed the Doomblaster's non-spinning wheels.
- ART: Added a missing FX (environment\terrain\artillery_large_hit_water_combo).
- ART: Cover icons were broken is some instances. Fixed.
- Updated the requirements of the Obliterators Addon.
- All 4 Bombs abilities updated
- Event_manager_ext updated for most entities
- Greater Gate is now available after T3 (HQ Addon1). So now, Terminators are available at the same time with SMs' version. Not that for this, the DoomBlaster and Daemon Prince Possession research, now also require Blood Crusade research.
- Fixed some remaining requirements issues.

For some reason, adding this blanks out the squad cap section. I can't reinforce Khorne troops :/
I cant seem to get the mod to work?
I've run the installer and put necessary files in my directory(atleast I think they are necessary based on other mods..). Loads up fine and the game version says RAGE... but the race doesn't appear? its not in my options at all.
