This is the next logical step for me. More upgraded textures, new barrel sound, the Assault Rifle is less accurate and there are Nightmare Imps!
Nightmare Imps via Brutal Doom 64 replace the non-solid hanging leg decorations on all maps. They have the jumping attack from regular Brutal Doom to make them even more dangerous. Credit goes to SgtMarkIV.
I added ten more of Hoover1979's 2K textures and fixed a stretched hi-res texture.
I changed the barrels to the poison barrels from Pandut's ZRift Chasm conversion, and threw the other PBR materials over top of them. The animation for the slime is better.
The Assault Rifle was edited so that now it's less accurate. I apparently didn't do it right the first time. Now it fires just like the one from Brutal Doom 64.
The only other thing I did with this one was take the sound for barrel explosions from a file called Doomrl_monsters_beta_6.2.wad. I don't have information on who put it together. Anybody know? Please tell me so I can credit them.
Version 19 will be coming, and then 20 will blow it right out of the water. Be ready!
