After months of waiting, Quanta's first official demo is here!
After months of waiting, our first demo for Quanta - Quanta: Narbacular - is finally ready to be played. Complete a blast from the past by playing all the way through Narbacular Drop as Quanta's protagonist, Quinton, or explore the caverns of the mountain as a mysterious test subject, Celestine.
In addition to Narbacular Drop's entire campaign of levels, Quanta: Narbacular includes 6 bonus levels to try out. While we're not ready to begin releasing gameplay slices of the full game's campaign just yet, we hope that these additional levels will keep players satiated for the time being.
New Options
With Quanta, we want to put the power of customization into the hands of the players. That's why we are unveiling new options for players to tinker with to best suit their Quanta experience.
New Cubemaps
As a part of the new merge with Mapbase, Quanta now features a number of new visual enhancements, including Parallax cubemaps! Look out for these higher quality reflections throughout the bonus levels!
Passthrough Portals
If you've ever dreamed of being able to fire portals through other portals, then your dreams have come true! Simply type "sv_portalgun_passthrough_portals 1" into the console on any level and your portals will be able to shoot through each other!
As always, thank you for participating in this Aperture Science Computer-Aided Enrichment Activity. As always, we hope to see you soon for testing!

new user here, every time I try to open the game it crashes, anyone know how to fix?
So I learned this after a long while, but apparently if your Source SDK Base 2013 Singleplayer isn't set to the "upcoming" beta, it may crash. Try switching to upcoming.
