* How to use it? *
1. Put the .pk3 file in your Zandronum/Announcer folder
2. In Zandronum go to All Options -> Sound Options -> Announcer
3. Select "George Exley Announcer"
4. Increase "Announcer Volume" (if it was low/off)
5. Profit!
