Sorry about the wait, but it's finally here. A lot has changed, with France ruling Bengal, Scandinavia laid out right, and Acadia (and some other areas in Canada) being French. Spain still has American colonies, but they can revolt. Also, HPM has to be in the mod folder (I uninstalled it to download the new patch, and it didn't work) I'm not sure what happened but I'll hopefully fix it soon. Carlists and USCA rebels are gone as well.
Delete the old version, and extract this.
Changes:
-French Bengal and Acadia (British still have Newfoundland and Northwest India)
-Scandinavia got a border fix
-Pop fixes in French Louisiana (still some Yankee pops but much less) and Australia
-Louisiana has New French rather than Dixie as Primary culture
-French Haiti
-Dominion events for Louisiana and Quebec
-Spanish Puppet states in the New World and some flavor for them
-Starting rebels gone
-No more Carlist events (Carlists may spawn but no more events)
-Dutch Ceylon/Sri Lanka
Problems:
-You need the HPM mod in the mod folder for this mod to work. I'm not sure why but I'll see if I can fix this in the future.
