ok i downloaded it but what do i do next?
put everything to the opposing force folder in ur HL folder
have you shanged the walls,floor textures?

The in-game sound doesn't work but the menu sound does.
Figured it out by putting the files in both the gearbox and gearbox_hd folders.
This mod is the best model replacement pack for Half Life ever! 10/10!
Try trusty pack.
Trusty Pack, while cool, also features very muddy textures both on world models and ingame wall and object textures. Not sure why they did that, they look horrible!

ok seriously guys i need help i know where to put some of it but can some one like add a ******* list on where to put it cus when i open it up all the files are in one big pile not in separate folders
Extract the file to C:/SIERRA/half-life/GEARBOX for the WON version, and C:/Program Files/Valve/Steam/Steamapps/*your steam account*/opposing force/gearbox for Steam. Your file direcrorys may be different, but just make sure to unzip it to the Gearbox folder.
This is pure genius.This proves that even the old game engines can do miracles.11/10

Most of the weapons didn't change for me, only the Knife and the desert eagle. Any one know what happened?

do you have the steam hi-def installed? if so delete it and that should probably fix it
do i need a special rar downloading service or something because when I try to download the file it sends me to a windows page where it says it can't find the file.rar or whatever.
Yes just download and install Winrar and extract the file with it.

O yes, if you haven't done this, plz dl WINRAR or you can't dl this, this is a rar file so you need winrar to extract the archive.
Not true, you could use 7zip to open it aswell..
THIS IS A VERY DETAILED patch i played this 4 years ago you can see the watch hand and evrey thing its all very detailed one things is it took me a while to find it again and how u install it thanks
these are the models it was spossed to change that it didnt the black ops the shock aliens with the beetles the grunts the pistol the m16 ok the things it changed were the sniper rifle the desert eagle the beelte weapon the barnicle m238 saw the knife the monkey wrench the fish type weapon that shoots out weird ammo il upload the pics soon ok
HELP!!! when i installed it correctly and played it, the models and all other are ok but the problem is there are no draw,reload sounds!!!! PLZ HELP ASAP!!!!!!!!
I'm having a little problem with this mod... I noticed that not all models are showing up in the game. Beretta, 357, M16, Shotgun, Crossbow and many others haven't changed. Only the zombie skins were changed, all grunts and scientist are the same.
I updated it with the patch too and I still see no changes... Help please!

Opposing Force Redux Pack = EPIC WIN
I can't get this to work :(. I've uninstalled the Hi-Def pack, downloaded this, which only changed a few gun models, not all, and it didn't change character models either. Then I figured all I had to do was download the patch, so I did that and I am still having the same problem. could someone please help me out? I've been trying to get this to work forever now, ANY help/tips would be greatly appreciated :)

Also, to add, I have the Steam Version of Opposing Force.
um just drag Copy and paste them to your gearbox folder AND vavle folder... it will work.

To install this with the recent updates, you have to create a folder in steamapps/common/Half-Life
call the folder gearbox_custom and dump all the files in there.
Make sure you're running the Steampipe BETA.
Once that's done you can toggle the models on in the video tab on the options menu.
If anyone tries to download and it says page not available, just sing in or register and try another mirror. Your welcome.
