There are no restrictions on this mod. Give it to your friends or copy it as much as you like.

Changes:

1: The Air Force Command is a super tesla tower and the battle lab is an eraser cannon.
!!!Both the eraser cannon and tesla cannon are manual!!!
2: Everything builds fast.
3: Allied units are faster and super strong
4: Grizzly Tank is super powerful. Just 5 can take out a fully loaded base.
5: Weather Control device and chronosphere are instant. NO RECHARG
6: All Allied buildings are really cheap.

Install: Just extract the rulesmd to your red alert 2 directory usually in c: drive.

to uninstall just delete the rulesmd.
