bazooka ants can't shoot at dragonflies when the latter flies perpendicularily to ants' facing. i guess they turn too slowly? when a dragonfly was almost out of reach, some ants managedto take a shot.
if there are enemies near colony and a newly built bug can attack it - the bug will block the exit and won't let others come out until moved away manually.

I actually noticed that all units have a problem to target creep flyers, not sure why. It needs some investigation.
melee ants can't attack the gun colony. they just walk around it.
Melee units are not supposed to attack buildings/custom turrets.

This is actually OpenRA thing, happens in RA, TD and D2k.

mission 5 - enemy forces doesn't react to attacks if i shoot them with bazookas at some angles.
AI might have failed. Try to restart the level.
mission 6 - i lost my original colony and the twin gun colony to the west can't produce anything :/
Already reported that sometimes for some reason colonies are not able to produce. Dude, maybe you should use github instead ^^.
