The Open Cities Team is proud to announce the Alpha release of our next major project Leyawiin Reborn!
Description:
Open Cities - Leyawiin Reborn includes Open versions of all major cities along with a completely redesigned city of Leyawiin. Our inspiration was the original concept art for Leyawiin released by Bethesda, but we have deviated from their design in some significant ways. This mod turns Leyawiin into the Queen City of Tamriel, restoring it to the glory that was originally intended.
Note: This is only an Alpha release, intended for those users who wish to take a tour of the new city and try things out. All the major quests should work fine, with a couple exceptions that are noted below in the Known Issues area. If you do try this out, please report any bugs you run into in this thread, thanks!
Installation Instructions:
1) Extract
the ZIP file into your Data directory

2) Select the Open_Cities_Complete-Leyawiin_Reborn.e
sp in Data Files.
3) Launch the game!
It is recommended that you unselect any mods which affect the area of Leyawiin as they will conflict with Leyawiin Reborn. Two mods that we know conflict are Safe Waters and Cyrodill Transportation Network, we hope to resolve all major conflicts before final release.
Known Issues:
When you first travel into Leyawiin, you will notice the screen go black real quick. This is intentional and it is required to make certain scripts and objects work correctly.
There will be a short period where the NPC's and guards are moving to their new location. This should not take more then 24 in-game hours.
Mazorga the Orc quest currently does not work. If you have completed the quest to the point where she is in the White Dragon Inn, then it will work correctly.
The Countess does not travel to Chorrol.
There are a few remaining issues with guard patrols that need to be resolved.
The Black Horse Courier and Imperial Legion Guard are currently stuck inside the subspace and are not moving.
LOD artifacts from old Leyawiin still show up.
