I think someone on the team jumped the gun, possibly a sign that version 9 is coming out in the next few days.
Are these maps only for multiplayer?
my download has been blocked as potentially dangerous to my device should i report it as safe to allow it into my files or not
That's normal for a new mod release. Authorize your anti-virus protection to allow the download.

id also like to add that this is in single player battles is this the issue

Is there an order with which you should download the map, core and campaigns folders? Like, core first, obviously, but should I download the campaign or the map file second? And does it even matter?
I download and install each one in order; NTW3_v90 core, maps, campaign & v91 patch file last. I also delete the install file before downloading the next file (helps keep the HD uncluttered).
Thanks for that. I have another question, if you don't mind. What does the 9.1 patch file add to the game?
