This version of Nova Aetas fixes many bugs and inssues players have reported.
It improves leaving from Zendar, adds firearms to shops and firearms skill.
Furthermore the Acztaoc Empire is much stronger now. Their armour and weapon stats are improved twice. The Agonic Order has more troops. The siege tower bug is fixed in all maps and players can use abilities in all scenes; sieges, looting, defending villages and sea battles. About the Turguhn Invasion bug, I hope I was able to fix this. The Horde will conquer the east at once to prevent issues.
New types of armour, weapons, boots have been added. Nice helmets with plumes and plate armour. Not to forget special, expensive swords with own unique names. These are extremely powerful.
Version 1.2 also brings a huge rebalance. For all armour and helmets the stats are now corresponding with prices.
An interesting addition is the new companion Aeric the Navigator. This is a character from the stories, created by Blackwater.

They should make their tech weak but they should be vast in numbers and NEVER run
I'm getting "Recruitment cancelled. You lack adequate funds." error even if I got crapload of gold on my purse and kingdom funds. Can't train units on my kingdom.

I'm getting this error as well, though I'm playing a vassal. I can't recruit troops in my town.
Hum, I don't think this should happen: when I don't want to renew my contract with a kingdom (Swadia), I immediately become a ruler, because the game tells me that I own a fief.
I checked, and from the beginning of the game I own a "Construction site", which doesn't appear on the map, but has been besieged by my "client's" ennemies. I guess that the game thinks this is an actual estate, and considers that I'm a king when I no longer work for another kingdom.
I don't know if that was clear, but I will probably wait for the next patch/version to begin another game, because I don't want to skip the long mercenary road to lordship ^^
Otherwise the mod is great :D
PS: Also, I get to Zendar screen everytime I cross one of the bridges near Vynicourd castle.
1. Aztec empire should be like it was becose they are based on aztec empire maybe more hit points and more troops but not beter weaponds and armors...just more off them in each lord....
2. bug if i chose the same religion us Agonic order when they are siege they say to be that construction site is siege.... and i could build a farm in any off the version let me see if in this version it is working, maybe beocse i use 1.160 M&B Warband or i need to use 1.158? or wich one can you say please in next patches for ppl to know what is recomandet?
3. the rest is ok to be lower i gree a house palace cannot get so much money then a A TOWN for example towns must get more money and castle and villages...
4.What i whant to be emplement in the next patch will be for population in evrey village castle and town and for evrey lord to upgrade and recrut from town castle just like the player... the player get 3 soldier the lord 10 and the king 15-20 from eaxh town castle village depends...
5. if you make farm castle can you bring slaves to work for you there or other option to bring people there?
6. i dindt try to build a castle until now becose i was thinking that if i build one a king will not give me a fifth if i for example take a town and i whant it the king would say you atready have a castle...and cannot own a fifth anymore or maybe this will happend with farm also...it will be not nice you build them with you'r own hands!
7. what i look forward to be implemented in the next patch or in the futer patch will be so evrey village, town, castle to have his own population that you can see if you right click on it "VIew Notes" and also for Lords, kings to have there own money to recrut just like you from villages if they are low on money or from castle town more beter units if they havbe beter money, ofcourse evrey lord,king etc... with there own money and what they have it depends for example a lord with a village will have less income from a village a lord with a castle more income and a lord with a town very much income so they can build higher army and beter army, and if you join a faction so you can recrut just like the lords...
8. in Tavern should be a special mercenary that sells specials troops that you can equip them how you whant for example i mostly use blunt weapond and searching for soldier with blunt weapond in must off the mods i save manhunters, and why stop here you can also name you'r own mercenary troops that you buy from that mercenary guy just like in FLorins MOD, that will be great more then great....
9. in perisno mod you can take us wife a princess and she have her own army and whatever castle town she have, why not have some Lady and princess in this mod also to marry them i'm sure 99% the people that play the mod will be more looking to have a weadind with a princes with army or Lady with army then with a Lady that stay all day in a castle and town why not to be both warrior and also use her powers us you'r wife?
10 in futer patch i would like also a few banners with dead heads for example to represent dead like they are in meny mod that you can chose from... and also to use heraldic atleast on the new mercenary troops to see you'r own emblem on them and on there shield is "priceles" why not in evrey kingdoom for evrey troop tree and about troop tree it will be nice if you can see them in View Troops Trees for all Kingdooms mercenars and bandits, slavers etc....
If this would be in the mod it will be very good mod for sure the Best Mod ever!

Sometimes yes, sometimes not...
So my castle got attacked while under construction couldn't do anything about it cause its not finished just gave me options to continue building so i did then when it finished i got all the troops inside and it just reverted to my control :\
How do I go about starting the game? Theres no .exe or anything similar in the files that I've gotten from this download...
welp i feel stupid... lol
I'm still not able to enter the dungeon. I get a dot and the yellow enter under it. If I try and enter all other doors become bugged and i can't leave.
I love this mod, but it is still bugged as hell, unfortunately.
Currently I found these bugs:
• You can build and enter farm, and even have working farming sickle, but when you use workbench, it wants to fight you (shows some generic bandit dialogue). So, the farm feature is not working.
• When you pray in Church, a message shows in left lower corner, saying that some edict was issued, adding to bourgouese (or smth like that).
I don't know, maybe there are more bugs, but currently I consider the one with farm workbench a game-breaker.
But anyhow — the mod is fantastic! Keep up the good work; if you publish some info about donations in mod description, I might even send you couple o' florins :)
update:
• When you meet with lords of other realms, they say something about assassination and some quest objective, but the text seem to be missing some parameters.
i had this bug to but i just installed warband version 1.11 and upgraded to 1.158 instead of having my 1.6, so it fixed it for me and iwas able to start playing ACOK version 1.3 i still have issues myself but thas the best i can tell you if you havent found an answer already :)
For some strange reason, When your castle reaches 100% On construction, It seemingly just completely stops, Leaving your castle in an eternal WIP state
Will you add a siege scene like Siege of Constantinople in next updates???
The Merchant Republic of Zendar faction has Rhodok units doesn't have their own Zendar units.Will you fix it sir???
