No jumping sound for Painkiller file

I myself have grown tired of all variations of player grunting, hopping around during my own modtesting. So I thought why not do this small fix, as I haven't seen such a thing around.

The addon works in all games:
- Painkiller + Booh / Black Edition
- Overdose
- Resurrection
- Redemption
- Recurring Evil

Other players sounds are not touched besides generic jumping for all 3 player characters.
Mainly intended for SP, but I can extend it to multiplayer as well upon demand.

-- To Install:
- Drop the "Sounds" folder in your preferred PK game Data directory.
- Example: D:\Games\Painkiller - Black Edition\Data

If you launch the game you will notice that the sounds when you jump around no longer produce any audio.

- If you want to remove it, just remove the contents or the entire "Sounds" folder that you previously copied
