if u r changing mod from bf2 original to NAW, its actually restarting the game it will close then open again later. if u r using the shotcut, that i can't help.
I have NAW v6.0 and all map packs, but the game always crashes when loading map

I downloaded this mod in moddb and your main site and I tried installing it after the download completed but there is not install program but strang file.. If you give me an e-mail address, I can explain this situation with screenshots.

For those who have a Problem when you cant Load a map ive solved the issue, normally its for crashing at 15% or 62% of loading the map. so first of all try running it in windows XP (service pack 3 or 2) if neither of them work, head on into the game. now what you are going to do is to The game "Options" tab and then "Video" Set the the Textures to High and the resolution to 1024x(whatevernumber it was i forgot) launch a map you crashed on an it should work . make sure to put everything else on low and OFF if you have a low end PC or else you may lag and then crash!!! if you still crash try putting Terrain to High instead. im 100% sure that it works for all it has for me and 2000+ others. NAW players
btw in order to get maps go to Addons tab on this webpage. and download a pack and install to naw location :) hope i helped Vote plz

Change to another operating system, 3 days until WINXP End of Life. Thats why. You'll need to change a operating system
Can i use this in singplayer?
THAT IS SOOOOO HUGE! 7 gigs worth of space + the map packs! Never Mind.

can someone help me? When I install the client, it shows the mod folder "naw" in the bf2 mods folder but there's no applications to run it?
You can open your Revive Launcher, then you should be able to select NAW as a mod.
