Fixed Mexican flavor, British cb on UK, adjusted PLC border with Russia to somewhat resemble pre-2nd partition Poland (Not entirely accurate - Kiev is still Polish, for example, but this is just what I thought looked the nicest) More stuff that I'm too forgetful to list.
