All the text is missing for me. I can't play the campaign because of this.
Same here,where are the download instructions?
NVM I've found out how,install the game inside the common directory Important:(not napoleon total war directory) After that,click install anyway,let it extract and finally go to the ntw directory create a shortcut for ntw 3,use the ntw 3 launcher and there you go. P.S. No need to move files,if you did that,uninstall and reinstall(Not re download)
this does not require older versions right? sorry if its a stupid question
Are you sure, it says install in NTW folder in Total War center.

Well when I first downloaded it the installer had 2 napoleon total wars because the installer added an additional'napoleon total war' name
I tried it but it doesn't work, could you reexplain it please, i failed somewhere !
Install the game in your common directory,and they will give u a choice saying 'napoleon total war' already exists.When that happens click install anyway.After that it should be installed.
Set your game to english
When I run the installer, it says:
An error occurred while trying to rename a file in the destination directory:
Move file failed; code5.
Access is denied
Any ideas how to fix this?

It's because you've installed the mod in the wrong folder.
Install it where the "Napoleon.exe" file is.
So what do I do when it says to find the preference file in the launcher and I can't find it my napoleon folder?
How do we install this?

Just launch and give the path of your "Napoleon.exe" folder.
Is there a way that a change log could be put up for users to see
French mameluke cavalry seem to be floating above their saddles, and crash the game if I view them for too long.

borre cualquier mod que tenga instalado primero. Instale el mod NTW3 .7 en el folder de Napoleon total war no el data.Select your NTW folder, ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Napoleon Total War") despues de bajado, use el atajo ejecutador de NTW3 7 para jugar
Well my game won't run and I did everything correctly....
anyone know how to fix this problem? Really want to play this mod.
Hi,
All seems to have installed correctly, no error messages. After activating shortcut I am presented with a "Main Menu"
I select "NTW III Campaigns" I then get the "Campaigns" Menu
I select 1805 Coalition, The menu fades quickly,music stops I see a "Steam" dialogue box, very briefly.... then nothing. Suggestions anybody?
I have tried launching from the MTW III Application in the "Napoleon Total War" Directory. Same result.
Well everything is working fine at the moment, but when I end the first turn in campaign there's no fog of war. Any fixes?
did you find out why or how to get fog back?
I dont think I can enjoy the campaign without fog.

I installed the mod to:
C..\Napoleon
And the game crashed
I then uninstalled it and reinstalled the mod to:
C..\common
and there was an "unhandled exception"

What does it mean don't select data folder
Anyone else having crashes when they try a coalition campaign in 1805? I tried it with and without the launcher. I can send the crash details in some kind of notepad wierdo language if that helps?

I have installed correctly but when I try and launch a battle I crash. I have the dumps made by the crash if you want me to send them your way.
Why is there no fog of war in the campaign???
Someone please respond, I really want to enjoy this mod!!
There is fog on turn 1, then you click end turn and all the fog goes away and wont come back.
The fog of war will be corrected in an upcoming patch.
