Name Mod 1.0 for DLV Britannia 1.1 file

This is a faction update for the DLV 1.1 Britannia campaign, which requires DLV 5.1.

Install Kingdoms, DLV 5 bugfixer 1, DLV 1.1 Britannia campaign into the mod folder, then copy into dlv_british_isles this file (please make sure you backup your files).

In detail:

I have updated the Britannia 1.1 mod campaign factions for the time period. I have read extensively on Henry III, de Montfort, Scotland and Wales factions for the time period. I have updated the the family trees for England, Scotland and de Montfort. I have also made the Baron faction playable with the De Montfort faction. I have reduced the random death rate based on Harry Lime's information; and also included the "Competitors" for the Crown of Scotland family factions (Balliol, Bruce and Comyn) with their descent from King David.
