Max Payne 2 Alternative Bullet Time mechanics. By Solid Beard.
This simple Addon in config's files change's the Bullet Time mechanics staying faithful to Max Payne 1, including a couple of optionals files for a more comfortable or more challenging experience.
What's Changed ?:
No Superhuman Speed while in Bullet Time.
First and foremost, Max and Mona will not be moving superfast while they are in Bullet Time, this change will make a fair challange between you and the enemies without being too easy nor too difficult.
Shootdodging will cost your Bullet Time.
Like in the first Max Payne shootdodging will cost a small amount of your bullet time.
No "Efficiency" buff or debuff after killing an enemy in Bullet Time.
While playing Max Payne 2 and being in Bullet Time after killing an enemy the meter turns yellow giving you a brief buff of damage, now with this change the Efficiency will no longer affect your damage.
Multiple Options of BT Regen.
As mentioned, this addon includes four config files with a variant of Bullet Time Regeneration for a more suitable playthrough.
Content:
1. Faster Regen.
2. Medium Regen.
3. Slow Regen.
4. No Regen (Close to MP1).
Installation:

Is it possible to also add an option to remove the ridiculous anti gravity effect on the ragdolls that allow you to keep shooting them further away/into the air?
Sorry, but I've no idea if it is possible. My best guess is the physic engine that was designed this way without consideration of the ragdolls physics. Maybe one day I'll check it out.
