I hope this mod isnt like kotf with the scams and viruses
I would say that we aren't. We either create all of our own stuff internally (Don't steal like KOTF does). If we would like to use something not created by us, it is done with permission and credit (see readme).
Not only that, but we do not use EXE installation, so you don't have to worry about viruses at all that way.
Everything has always been free regarding movie battles as well, its been going for over 10 years now, and we have only ever had to ask for donations once totaling $180 which was used to keep the site running and development functioning all these years because webspace, source control, and official servers do cost us money. The donation button was immediately removed after we had met our goal to keep development running. You don't need to send us a single cent if you would like to play, so long as you have jedi academy of course.
Movie Battles isn't something that cropped up recently, if there were any scams or viruses, it would be well known by now. However, we have been running for 10 years without such complaints!
i need the full version first before this patch, correct?

hey umm quick question why does it have some weird type of graphic glitch like weird blurring or something? i would upload a screenshot of it if it needs to be seen
