Modded ARC-170 file

This is the .odf file for a 3 person ARC-170 fighter
copy this into the repside odf folder and replace the original .odf then make a map and edit the rep side place the arc (vehicle spawn) in the world munge and play

I have also tinkered with the speed, boost and weapons values to make them more realistic.
