Mod for CoP file

Mod has already been completed, the full list of changes can be seen in the description, I want to thank everyone here mod, from which I was more or small elements. I learned mod and thus already know what it is harder to work, work for us mod lasted 3 - 4 months and there were various cases, but the mod was completed.
