Okay, I've got a problem. I opened the compiler program, got an error, and clicked continue(If you want to see the error, I'll send you a PM). When I try to compile a texture, the compiler starts, but it keeps going forever and won't finish.
Yeah, please send the error over in a PM or email. It does require XNA to run properly I think, but if you're running Icarus on it then that shouldn't be a problem.
