Cannot launch. Steam times out and gives me a 'servers to busy to handle request' error. If I click cancel while waiting I get

Failed to load the launcher DLL:
The specified module cannot be found.
So I've unzipped this with winrar and 7zip and I've downloaded this a couple of times. Still no luck.

I own ep1/2 and hl2 but it's not showing up in my games list help?
Holy balls there's a part 2!? That lighthouse map is one of my favorite maps for Half-Life 2, EVER. Can't wait to see the other bit!
