Download the .rar and extract it in these locations:
If you have steam: C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\amnesia the dark descent\custom_stories
If you have a cd version: C:\Program Files\Amnesia - The Dark Descent\redist\custom_stories
Open your game again and click the 'Custom Stories'. It should be there. Enjoy!
