I totally agree, this version is pretty rare and i had some troubles finding it again.
It works great when I´m editi´n a character but however, when i´m about to create a new one it dosent work or maybe i´m doing it wrong...
You can't create new character in this editor. It's designed for editing characters.

Hi, first of all, great work on this editor. but can it "revive" my fallen teammembers? (some of them died in the ending but i wanted to play with them in MA3) so it would be nice if that is possible. please reply
I don't know but it should work. I don't think it will be bug-free though.
Is there any chance that the functionality will be added to bring back crew memebers? I lost Yeoman Chambers, one of the engineers, and half the crew when doing the final level. It'd be nice to have a modifier to make it so they can be brought back in a modified save file.
What happens if you choose two conflicting choices?
Is there a face editor coming soon? Can you import the save and just edit the face in-game?
How do you import these choices?

so i tryed it and it gave me a cant find file message any help i can get i use a ps3 is that the problem if so is the a save editor for ps3
