Still invisible but before you go any further, im going to try to do a fresh install of Skyrim and see if that helps. Also would like to add that the Summon Peryite works perfectly, so I dont know if that piece of info will help or not.

Click the big red Download button? And install it Manually. If your referring to the fact that you cant download(404 Not found) anything I guess it must be a system bug. Try again tomorrow I guess.
