No, it's compatible but if you have any serious issues you can easily remove the .dll files that were in the archive.

Yes, it's in the description:
Known issues
Slow performance on some machines, especially low end, which cannot be fixed due to the way it works.

If you have those issues simply check Readme.txt on how to uninstall it, it's very easy.

Have you tried the latest release? If it still show then go to the Medieval 2 Total War folder and search for: enbseries.ini

Please upload it somewhere so i can check it out.
