Two new nations added to the mix. First release without just North American nations.
The newest version of the mod adds two new nations, which are independent in the 1861 scenario, Kingdom of Tahiti and Kindom of Tonga.
If you think this is lacking, please comment what you think I should add. It's quite easy to add nations, but the hard part is finding which ones I should add. So the people who download this should have some input.
