Added 64-bit version of the plugin.
Installation and use instructions are included in the .zip file.
NOTE: the export procedure doesn't generate proper .phy files. Use instead .phy files from existing game assets
"weird shadow" issue is most commonly caused by lack of normal vector smoothing in the exported model (each polygon is effectively separate) This happens because the exporter takes into account the setting for the surface applied to the model, and the surface is by default imported/created with smoothing turned off.
To fix it: open the Surface Editor, click on the surface(s) applied to the model (typically it'll be the only surface not named "bone", "crust" or "helper") ... then on the Basic tab enable checkbox labelled "Smoothing". You can leave the Smooth Threshold value below it at default, or change it to something like 135 for better results.
If the model is exported with this setup, it should appear correctly in the game.
