When I start up GTA SA and start the game then it brings me to a screen that says red county then it goes to desktop. No errors pop up or anything.

i think you must edit it by sami editor to low your graphic...your game appear red country like me then it close and nothing happen...that is because of graphic.....i never have graphic but i edit it by salimit editor in your directory files....
they always release without proper testing...

my game freeze after half an hour without any error pop up but the music from the radio in gta is playing although the game is freezed.

yeah lol. ok here is my problem. In the readme it says select the sami v1 and install. Had no problem with that. Then when i tried to do it with the one called v2 it wouldnt let me without replacing the other one or somthing. It said somthing like to avoid conflict,this will not be installed.
it means that u need to uninstall SAMI. If u already uninstalled it and if it says the same message look for SAMI files in the registry and delete it
you needs a admin password but if you dont want it there is another way copy it to your desktop en try again i had the same problem to but it works

hmm i had the same problem and what i did was i went to img tool and just rebuild the archive again. maybe that will work. also do u no how to use img tool because i do and i could help if u can't use it

Hi...:D I download it and install... But when i run the game, KITT is a another car...:S so i think the problem in the models files... but i don't know what am i doing... Someone can help me???
rofl, another car? try replacing bfinject.dff in gta3.img xxD
oh it's working... but when i used the spm mod it's again wrong because KITT again another car...:S
