Ok so here's what i did. I extracted the folder into my downloads, then i place everything inside the folder, not the solder itself, into the data folder of NTW, and one of the folders,mp_eur_napoleon, i placed in campaign_maps folder, then i used mod manager and presto there it was and it worked. This is what i did, i did it on a hunch and worked. i hope this helps.
Everything is alright I guess. But I have one MAJOR PROBLEM. The video playing in the background is fine and the intro for when you first go into Napoleon is great, but when there are no units for me. It is only the regular vanilla ones. If you know what is wrong (i.e missing file or something) please tell me so I can play this mod. THANK YOU!
I downloaded from the link here, and all I got was a file called
"Zulu.Mod"
inside of which was one thing, "boot.pack"
I tried putting this into the data folder but of course this didn't do anything, I get the feeling when I downloaded the mod I should have gotten more than just "boot.pack"
In "play battle", most of the sieges are in the land battle section, therefore there is no fort at all, and just a blank square. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Download file extract and copy and paste into Campaign and Campaign Maps. Then go into data on Napoleon Total war and replace with Data in the downloaded file. Restart pc and then open Napoleon Total war normally. Worked for me. Only Problem is it Crashed like every 30 mins and crashes more and more frequently as you play. Can anyone help me?

I just installed the mod manager but i cant find the files for the mod in the manager even thou i did what you said

i am busy uploading a copy of the zulu/khartomb mod .to install check out you tube there is a good vid there thats hat i used
