I attached the video down below with a full demonstration of the unofficial patch that enhances the visuals in the games: Wolfenstein The New Order, Wolfenstein The Old Blood, and Rage. The most valuable options will be FPS is unlocked(unlimited fps however do not set over double fps cap due that game will feel like slow motion) and FOV maxed out at 200.

Here is the solution how to fix slow or too fast animation of 3D models while fps is unlocked:

So here is what you gotta do to fix the animation of 3D objects if it is too fast or too slow in the game. You gotta set fps number( id5Tweaker_SetFPSlimit) as your average in the game as your computer capable to product at the resolution that you are using, so do not set like 200 or 120 fps if your computer capable to do 300 fps as average but set what you have average during a test run when the game is loaded as that number in .INI file. if you are running 4K resolution and your fps 90 then set id5Tweaker_SetFPSlimit = 90. I set it based on my computer value of the number but you gotta set based on yours. So use the highest fps then see the fps value and go and change it to the value that is actually in the game and the timescale will be fixed. Let me know if this helped.
Try it and let me know because I want you to fix it and enjoy the game for your needs and enjoy the unlock fps with proper 3D models animation timing that will be not slow or not too fast.

Changing this setting does not do anything. In the console window it is saying id5Tweaker_SetFPSlimit enabled but nothing changes. Have tried different fps ranges.
Should I see the fps change using MSI afterburner? I have fps capped at 80fps via NVCP, as to stop drones falling through ground and slow down running somewhat.
Running 4090. Does G-sync interfere with mode?

What are you talking about? What console? id5Tweaker_SetFPSlimit should be enabled but should be equal to value of your average fps. Start with something like id5Tweaker_SetFPSlimit = 120 fps and then go into the game and real average fps will show the real amount - remember the value of average fps in the game then closed the game, open INO file and change to that exact value. Follow my instruction as I stated and the stuff that you fantasies does not apply to my patch. Open INI file and do the changes as I said based on your average fps rendered in the game with any preset but with my patch - make sure fps are exactly as average above 60 fps that your exact video card can produce. Save the file and then run the game. G-sync should be off in the game through the game menu before doing any changes. Follow the instruction above and wild fantasies would not work - you are right about it due that with my patch only the instruction that I provided above will work.

F1 key is a default hot key, opens the game console window.
It's at the bottom of the id5Tweaker.ini file.
Have got the mod to work anyway.

Correct, Xbox app does not work. It works for Steam as tested and can work under different gaming clients but was not tested.

Yo UHDk1ng

I get audio disappearing when doing time trial races. To fix this issue i have to set my fps in 101. I got a 100hz monitor. I can also set the fps to 90 and the audio dissapearing goes away as well. So nvidia vsync with 101 fps in the tweaker stops the audio from dissapearing and keeps it at 100hz but obviously slightly off. I wanted to let you know. i tried all 91-100hz cause audio cutout when driving car in races or in wasteland.
