Description
Place This Toolkit into Blenders Add-on folder ("C :\Program Files\ Blender Foundation\Blender\ 2.74\scripts\ addons") then when you load blender go to the top left and click file and then User pref go to the add-on's tab and look for HW-Toolkit and enable it!
