I mean no offense, but it is quite hard to interpret your comment (if you speak German, or Hungarian, feel free to private message me to clarify things).
While for most of its history, Dalmatia was indeed not a part of the Kingdom of Hungary, I felt it fitting that along with the rest of Croatian land, Dalmatia too would be annexed by Hungary during a partition of Yugoslavia (keep in mind, that the national focus that allows this, is completely alternate history). As for Zara, I included focuses and events that allow acquiring it, because it would have made sense to do so in real life. Imagine you own the entire dalmatian coastline, except for one harbour city. Wouldn't you want to get your hands on it, just to completely control the coast? I think it would be a sound strategical decision. Anyways, this is all still alternate history, so there is little point in arguing about what is appropriate historically and what is not.

While the territorial changes you propose would make sense, I'm not sure I'll be able to do all of them. Muraland (Muraköz) to croatia would enable getting that tiny bit of land that Hungary historically acquired during WW2, but it does (and did) belong to regional Slovenia. I'll surely consider it regardless. As for Burgenland, I can't promise anything. Moving it to Transdanubia would just be historically inaccurate, as it should start in Austrian hands in 1936, and adding new provinces is sadly beyond my abilities for now. I may be able to make it a separate state though, and add a focus that asks for it. Moving north-west Dalmatia to Croatia is something I'll have to consider, maybe I'll redo the partition of Yugoslavia sometime in the future, and then I'll see what I can do.

Thanks for the feedback, as always it is very much appreciated.
