Install steps:
Upgrade: Copy the pak9hqq**.pk3 file in your BASEQ3 directory. All files are automatically loaded.
Modifikation: Create a 'HQQ' directory (where the quake3.exe is) and copy the pak9hqq**.pk3 file in this folder. Now you can load the modification in the main menu under 'MODS'.
Wide-screen support:
1. Open the console with [^]
2. Type: exec res1920x1080 (example)
3. Execute with [Enter]

How do I install this? I created a new folder in quake directory copied the pk3 file in there and the baseq3 folder, launched it from the quake 3 mods section in the main menu. nothing happen, except the design from the main menu had changed but in game nothing.
Menu and HUD are now available in high quality. The ingame icons are only visible with simpleitems on.
i have question, after copied pak9hqq**.pk3 file in baseq3 directory, in main menu dont work cinematics. Why?
The pak9hqq file does not change the cinematics. Which port is used? ioquake3, quake3e or quake3.exe?

Hi ZerTerO, thank you for this mod! I managed to uodate menu elements so far byputting your pk3-file into basrbaseq3 folder. If nothing else this already looks muuuuch better as vanilla! However the resolution console commands do not work - "exec res1920x1080" and "exec hq". I have the GOG version of game (sais v. 1.32) without any other mods. Do I need to install something else to use screen eesulolution console commands?
One other minor thing. When launching your mod from Mods menu, a CD key is requested, which is not delivered with my version of the game. However by clicking accept without entering any key, the game return to main menu. Is it expected behavior?
Hy. No, you don't need anything else. A modern port (ioquake, Quake3e) is recommended.
