Packed .big version, see included installation instructions. -Note: There is currently a bug where certain survival waves will crash the game. It is still playable, but past wave 9 it gets unstable. A fix for this is coming.

I have tried to target this mod and it just starts with the standard hw2 start..im using the big file version in C drive as usual, can you send me the correct target.

The proper target line should be:
"HWDIR\Bin\Release\Homeworld2.exe" -mod HWAT_0_2_21_0.big
Replace HWDIR with the location of your homeworld2 directory. Please let us know if that works.

If you renamed the big file to something different, your shortcut target line needs to change accordingly.
No i have run every HW2 mod but just Carn't get this mod to start..ill download the file version and see if that works.
There's an outside chance that the download got corrupted, so a redownload might help too. If you're still getting failures, please add -luatrace to your shortcut line and pastebin the contents of Homeworld2\Bin\Release\HW2.log for us to examine.
I managed to run the game but can not turn the camera in single and against pc, I had the same problem with the old version 0.2.4.0., what should i do?
in your video options, try turning on vsynch.

Yes. Many ships are present without art, to fill out gameplay roles.
Where is the best place to buy this game? I looked, and it always seems so freaking expensive.

Could you include your target line and tell us when it crashes to desktop(on launch, or at some specific point in the gameplay?) Also, if you could add -luatrace to the end of your shortcut and upload your homeworld2\bin\release\hw2.log file somewhere that we can see it, that would likely help us diagnose the problem.
If your problem is a crash during survival mode as a new wave should be spawning, a new version was just added to the moddb approval queue that should correct that issue.
Hello, I am doing the correct line and it just literally is as soon as you start the game, I followed and copied and pasted the target directly. so its not that. I am running win7 64 bit with an i7 and an nvidia gtx graphics card. it crashes as soon as you launch with mod, both .big and files. Standard homeworld 2 works fine
could add -luatrace to the end of your shortcut target and upload your homeworld2\bin\release\hw2.log file somewhere that we can see it? That may help us identify the source of the issue.
Where do I upload it?
If no other options are available, sites like hastebin are very handy for this kind of thing. Unfortuantely further tech support will likely be slowed or delayed by travel amount the team.
