This is 10000 miles from uac lab, They give you a pistol from the space horror and say what they wish you good luck and they need what you kick over 9000 demonic butts. they like they say. Why is the file size so large? By looking at the pictures themselves there is nothing there would bloat it to the ~314mb listed.
Having a 314 mb file without any explanation whatsoever is a red flag to me. It probably contains a lot of music tracks and/or hidden files that bloated the file size.

Yeah, there is many uncompressed *.mp3 music tracks.
