Does anyone else have a problem with the mission smash and grab? The timer to get to Leone, before he dies is really fast. Have tried many times and it seems impossible to get there in time. Looked up a video of someone paying on normal hardware and the time was way slower. Been loving the game, really hoping to finish but this error makes it impossible. Any help is greatly appreciated Thanks!

"Solution: Enable frame limiter. because the game was meant to be played in 30 FPS and its physics & timings are related to framerate."

Is it faithful to the original?
Is there anything like this for VCS?
It has different physics and walking style. Also aiming system, anyway you can turn on classic control mod to look a like as original game
Yeah, I've been playing it for a while. The aiming is ad advantage. I despise auto-aim. But can barely hit anything via a gamepad in an emulator.
What do you mean by physics? It's rather similar in all gta games of the era.
By the way I get this nuisance of vehicles spawning, when I'm on a bike going backwards or forwards, and turn the mousewheel to change the radio. How do I disable this. This is obviously some sort of cheat. (Once somehow a car spawned on the chainsaw mission as well.)

Okay, it's not the clothes, he just pulls a shotgun as soon as I buy the pistol...
Look guys, I finished the storyline on 5.0 version and I figured out these notes:
1-Don't ever use garages from your houses. If you have, put the vehicle out and save again.
2-Always wear default Tony's outfit. If the mission wants to change the outfit, do it but then change it again back to default one.
3-Turn on frame limiter and don't ever turn it off.
4-If any mission you finished and the game crashed, just do the mission again and this time respray your vehicle to loose the wanted stars. Anyway you can also use pickup stars on the map

What do you mean, why would I need to do these?
I've been using all sorts of outfits and have stored a bunch of vehicles.
I rarely got freezes and crashes. Once it crashed after a save, and also that save was broken, so I had to redo a mission. (I always work with at least two save ever since I accidentally deleted my save when VC was new...)
By the way, are the side missions all there?
(By the way I started 6.0 unstable build, because it has bike controls fixed.)

Its nice but in the mission contra banned when i try to get inside the drug vehicle it stop at a bad angle and when i try to drive i cant see the car because its stuck on an angle.
These camera issues are fixed in the last beta for version 6.0

Awww. Doing the car salesman mission broke the weather. Now I always get snowflakes or grey mist. Only sometimes it clears up briefly.
No really sunny weather and apparently no rain either.

help I'm crashing in the driving mr leone mission, is there any way to fix it? I'm playing version 5.0
If you saved a vehicle inside your garage, put it out and save again. Also if you changed your outfit, change it back to default outfit. And! if these ways didn't work, when you want finish the mission, respray your vehicle to lose the heats, then finish the mission

i can't control the Sindaccos's car in the mission " Taking the peace". Is there any way to fix this?

There are a road with holes in GTA 3 at Saint Mark near Toni's safehouse.
Which file in the game is that road? Since the holes wasn't there in LCS.
You pass through that road whenever you go straight from hospital/police station to fire station. That road barricaded with traffic cones in both sides at GTA 3.
My point is if there's ever an idea to replace that single road in GTA 3 with LCS version.
Hi, when I start a new game, the game crashes with an error message that says "unhandled exception c00000005 at address 0048ae99".
