This is a pack for all classes. Get it, you wont be disappointed! Once you set it up just the way you like it, you will never want to go back.
If you are having problems getting the file please get it at grimpickle.com
The latest patch made quite a few mods break. I have uploaded the working ones. I will get the others as soon as they are updated.
**@@**NOTICE: If you are a caster using a wand and an auto shoot bar is appearing on your screen and driving you crazy, please disable or remove the BigTrouble folder. This addon is intended for hunters but it intercepts caster wand auto shooting. Sorry for the delay in getting you this info**@@**
Thanks to TheCaptain (elcapitan@gmail.com) we have all new addon descriptions. Let me know if the .rtf format is ok by emailing me at grim@grimpickle.com. It is just the most convenient format for me to use.
MONKEYQUEST - Is back.
Check out grimpickle.com for releases if this one breaks. Also check out the little add at the top of grimpickle.com in case I go broke ;]
Added GrimQuest - This is an addon I wrote to replace PartyComm and PaartyQuestComm. It eliminates the need for PartyComm and uses the built in party communication functions. This saves space and memory use. No more dedicated channel for PartyQuest. There are no options currently. I may add features that will require some at a later date. Currently it shows when anyone in your party advances a quest with a message at the top of the screen like PartyQuest did. I also added a message to the chat frame when anyone in your party gain XP. So now you can tell how much xp your party mates are gaining. This should help with twinking ;] Just make sure anyone you want to get information from also has GrimQuest. I amm releasing it separately on this site and on Curse
!*!*!*!*Having trouble getting the mod to download again. Go to grimpickle.com to get the latest version until it is fixed here again!*!*!*!*
Changed from ItemRack to Outfitter. Give it a chance. It is better. I added TrinketMenu because I missed the ItemRack use buttons.
Not seeing NPC chat options? Type /chatbox and you will get a list of help commands. Find the one for skipping NPC gossip and turn it off. It should be off by default.
*Need or Greed not showing up? Type /bongos and unlock your bars if they are locked and find the RollBar rectangle. Put this in plain view and then lock down your bars. Your Need or greed will pop up where you have placed the RollBar box.*
Make Sure you LOCK your bongos bars after you have placed them. Type /bongos and find the check box that lets you lock your bongos frames. This will hide the RollBar window and also remove the masks from the button bars as well as hiding the numbers and text tags associated with each bongos bar.
Your minimap buttons should all now be draggable. They may appear in odd places when you log in. This is probably because you at one time or another used MoveAnything to move a button. Type /move and hit reset for every minimap button you can find in the scrolling list. Then just drag your buttons wherever you like. This is thanks to the addon DetachedMiniButtons.
You can now bind a key in keybindings under GoGo to auto mount. It will choose a fast mount over a slow one in your inventory and if you have more than one fast one, it will randomly choose for you. This works for AQ40 bug mounts as well.
You can now bind a key under move anything that will let you mouse over a frame, hit the key and be able to relocate the frame. Try not to use this too much. If you do and need to reset whatever it is you just moved to its default, type /move and go to the bottom of the scroll list. It should be there.
Added BattlefieldCommander 2 back in. Works great in BGs. Nice map!
If you see two sets of coords on MetaMap, rightclick on LocationFu and turn off the map coords there.
Next release will remove VeriFly and MozzFullWorldMap. The first is not needed as the functionality is built into FlightMap. The second is built into MetaMap. Glad to be back to MetaMap. I missed the coords. *shrug* AlphaMap was cool but MetaMap is just all around better. Remember, you can ctrl-click on a boss name in an instance map to pull up LootTables for that boss.
If you are having problems getting keybindings to work on your bongos bar like (Invalid target) this is because you have on the action bar the selfcast key set to your macro binding. For instance, you have Alt-1 set to Rupture. You try this on the enemy and you get invalid target. Type /bob or /bongos and go to the Action Bar panel and change your selfcast key from Alt to something you might not use. I just set mine to none and dont worry about it. Hope that this paragraph helps someone.
The help files included with the pack are very outdated. Please READ the Grimpickle Addon Changelog.txt included with the pack as I put hints and commands in there. Thanks for bearing with me during the patch and the testing of new mods.
Suggestions and questions are always very welcome at grim@grimpickle.com
Have fun!

Thanks to all the wonderful mod authors out there for making life so easy for us all.
You should disable class specific addons per character to conserve memory. You can do this two ways. The first way is to go to the character login screen and press the addons button. In the dropdown box at the top left, select a character and then go down the list disabling whichever addons you like.
The second way is in game. Log in a character and hit ESC. Press loadIT and disable whichever addons you like.

Installation for GrimPack WOW 1.12:
Send Problems and feedback to grim@grimpickle.com
For Updates: www.grimpickle.com
Important: Make sure your clean out your addons folder before extracting these files. Some have been removed until they are fixed.
Important: Backup your wow WDB and WTF folders, found in the main wow folder
**Step 1: Browse to your addons and delete everything in it. Even the Blizzard_blahblah stuff. The Blizzard stuff will auto recreate itself as it is just place holding. Just have a nice clean empty Addons folder.
**Step 2: Unzip everything in this addon pack into this folder.
**Step 3: Delete anything that isnt a folder in the Addons folder unless you plan to read it (Grimpickle
Addon Changelog.txt or Grimpickle Addons HELP.txt) Leaving these things is fine also. It wont impact your game.
**Step 4: Load up the game and follow the Addon Instructions below.
Addon Instructions:
1. When you login, click the Addons button in the bottom left on the character select screen.
2. Make sure that you check mark the Load out of date addons box.
3. Make SURE you increase the memory for your addons in the top right of this panel to 96 or 128. You can also set this to 0 and it will allocate however much you need for you.
4. If you are lazy or dont care about memory or have no problems with all the addons being on skip to step 11.
5. Make sure you have All selected in the Configure Addons for dropdown on the left.
6. Uncheck the following while you have All selected. Do this first.
BCUI Ammo Warning, BCUI Aspect Menu, DemonTrainerFrame, Fizzwidget Hunters Helper, SimpleTranqShot, SmartPet, SP Hunter Spam, StoneScan, Titan Stones, Titan Panel Ammo, Titan Panel Pet XP, PetFeeder
7. Select your hunter in the Configure Addons for drop down and put a check mark in the empty checkboxes you will now see except for DemonTrainerFrame, ShardTracker, and ShardTrackerConfig.
8. Select your Warlock in the Configure Addons for drop down and put a check in the
DemonTrainerFrame, Shardtracker and ShardtrackerConfig check boxes. The hunter addons should all be empty still.
9. Now if you plan on using FuBar Bag, FuBar Ammo or FuBar Loot Type on any of your chars, select their names in the drop down box and check off the ones you want per character. I have FuBar Ammo selected for my Hunter, Rogue and Warrior.
10. Make sure you do not alter the settings for ALL anymore. Select them per character unless you happen to want them all to have or not have the addon.
11. If you want you can just have everything selected for all of your characters. I choose to select class based addons just for that class to hopefully improve memory handling and performance. I havent really checked the difference yet as I am writing this just after doing these steps for myself. I will say I noticed a lower memory profile for my priest after having disabled all those hunter specific addons he does not use.
12. Log in and have some fun! Do not freak out if this is your first login after adding this pack. There will be lots of thingamabobs on the screen that you will need to move around. See Addon List for More Information
13. Once logged in, you can change what addons are active for whatever character you have logged in by hitting ESC and selecting LoadIT. This will allow you to check off which addons you want and which you do not want. Reload your UI after making your changes.
Some Special Notes:
When you first log in things will look messy.
You will need to take a few minutes to tweak your settings. Use the commands from the list below to fix things up. You can do it!
**Duplicated damage information
This is because the pack contains SCT Damage. You are seeing the nice looking SCT Damage information and still seeing the ugly Blizzard (heh) damage info.
Hit ESC then pick interface options. On the advanced Tab look in the Display area and turn off the Damage checkbox.
**MY VIEW IS BLOCKED (A bar of potions, bandages and other misc. backpack goodies - Autobar)
If you need to move the block of buttons holding things like food water and potions, hold CTRL and right click drag the bar. You can remove this addon by using the Addons button at login or removing the autobar folder.
You may wish to disable other addons in this pack, by using the above method.
Bongos: This addon replaces the hotbar buttons completely. Turn off your action bars in the default WOW interface settings. If you happen to see the old bars showing thru for some reason, use /move or select Move Anything! from the ESC menu and scroll down to the action bars and hide them. You can find keybindings for all the buttons in the ESC menu keybindings listing under Bongos.
Bagnon: This addon replaces your backpack and bags with one big bag window. It does the same for your bank. Rightclick the top of each window to get options and double click it to view offline chars that you have logged in at least once. Once you have logged in and checked your bank with each character, their info will remain in the cache and you can view any characters stuff anytime you want. Go to key bindings and bind a key for the bags and bank under the Bagnon section. Or make a macro with the command /bagnon bank to view your bank from anywhere. I just use shift-b for my bank and b like normal for my backpack. Shift-b normally would open all your bags.
MapNotes: Browse into your wow game folder and go to the WOW.WTF.Account.YourAccountName.SavedVariables folder. Paste the included MetaMap.lua file into there and overwrite the one you have. **do not overwrite if you make your own map notes as you will lose your own notes. I try to keep accurate, useful notes so it is up to you whether to just use this .lua once as a starter and then add your own, or just keep updating the one I include.
You can rightclick on any map note icon and turn on a tracking arrow that shows you which direction your target location is in and also how far away you are. When you reach the map note, the arrow will disappear with an Arrived! message.
General chat or Trade chat etc. may get moved to 2 or 3 or 4 and so on. If you want to reset this do the following.
Type /chatwho This will list all your current channels. It may show 1. guildmapxxxxx 2. PartyCommName 3. General 4. Trade and so on. To fix it just type /leave 1 then /leave 2 /leave 3 /leave 4 and then /join General if general comes up as 1. General you were fast enough. Otherwise /leave 1 again and /join general Then /join Trade and /join Lookingforgroup if you so desire. Use /chatwho to check on which channels things are set to. Guildmap and PartyQuest will rejoin eventually and be on a higher channel. At least PartyQuestComm should. Hope this helps explain some of the CHAT functions in WOW for you at least.
PartyQuestComm WAS an OUTSTANDING addon I wish everyone used or that Blizzard would stick in their base code. It transmits to other members of your party that have the addon when you have picked up or completed a task for a quest. That way you do not have to ask your mates how many murloc knuckles they need. I have replaced this with my own freshly baked version. I used the built in party communication functions to send the information behind the scene so it would not require a chat channel like PQC did. GrimQuest is now released and is part of the GrimPack collection, replacing PartyQuestComm and PartyComm. Much smaller and also shows you what XP your party members gain.
Special thanks to Aaron Hebert (http://www.aaronhebert.com) for his work on the help files included with the compilation! Great job man! I will try to keep them up to date ><
