Just saying that it looks like a neat movie, and would like to help out, but unfortunatley, I cant do voice overs. Anything else though, I may be of help. Side note: How much ram do you have?
Maybe use the draw-distance mod for more impressive vistas on the long shots. You'll want the memory for that, tho :P
Also you're inspired by the films Gone in 60 Seconds and The Business.
