Godrays and Object Rotation Fixes file

My personal custom INI file for Fallout 4, which prevents icons from spinning in the workshop menus and permanently disables all Godrays in the game. You'll be amazed at how much this helps your game's performance. Before I changed my INI file, my game crashed when attempting to import the Castle City Settlement Blueprint. After changing the INI, it worked flawlessly. That blueprint has over 3,600 Build pieces and requires several other mods to work properly, so that tells you just how much of a difference this can make.
