You need first to install inside the game the BODloader Tool. It is to manage the mods and maps for Severance Blade of Darkness.

Then copy inside the mods folder of BODloader the gladiator mod.

You have to create a folder named gladiator

So you have this BODloader/mods/gladiator

Run the game and a mods menu will appear, inside the mods options you can install this mod.
